Watch Cleaning Kit

A good watch cleaning kit should make your life easier while still giving your watch a clean and luxurious look, which may be overpriced at times, or worse, don’t do what they say they do. If you would like an easy, hassle-free cleaning kit, below, I have listed the best. If you want to learn How to Clean a Watch, click the link for a step-by-step guide.

AIS Cleaning

Discovering watch cleaning kits can sometimes be difficult. I’m here to narrow it down for you and pick the choice that best suits you. Now, I am not sponsored by any of these brands. These are just my opinion of the best watch cleaning kits.

Watch Cleaning Kit

First in line we got AIS Cleaning. They have some top of the line products. Their products include a chronopen with extra soft bristles for almost any watch type. Stainless steel, gold, platinum, they can also clean parts of sapphire crystal, diamonds and rubber. Their solutions are clean and free from any harsh chemicals. The watch care kit comes out to $115 USD and contains the ChronoPen for watch cleaning, a ChronoLeather pen specifically for cleaning leather straps. A microfiber polishing towel to remove excess solution. And a thick microfiber Chronocloth. Of course you can also get the items individually if you only need one or the other.

Another mention is Sparklean. With various jewelry cleaning products. Their sparkbrush comes out to $34.99 USD. Sparklean uses natural and clean ingredients. Sparklean is a bit more affordable than the AIS but will still keep your timepiece looking good as new. They Also have various cleaning items for other pieces of jewelry.

Building your own Kit

Now if you don’t want to spend any more money than you need to. All you really need to purchase is a good spring bar tweezer tool, a couple microfiber towels, and an unused soft bristled tooth brush. I recommend a spring bar tweezer tool over a single sided spring bar tool. Because You can remove a bracelet or strap simultaneously. You can still use a single sided spring bar tool it can just become a bit difficult at times to remove one side at a time, especially when its watches with very tight corners. Now you have yourself your own watch cleaning kit.

I’ve listed a video below by Wyman’s corner of the world, to demonstrate on how to remove a bracelet/Strap.
